Australian orders are delivered via OzPost within 1-4 business days. There are no reported delays with this service.
International orders are delivered via DHL express within 4-6 business days. There are no reported delays with this service.
If you change your mind or your shoes don’t fit you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. It must be in its original condition and resalable. We are unable to accept any items that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition. We offer complimentary, easy returns. Please email us at email@example.com to request a return label.
Please note, no returns are available for items purchased on sale, or at a discounted price, these sales are final.
If your product is faulty or damaged in transit we will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Nelson Made Pty Limited.
We are unable to accept a return outside of 12 months from the purchase date.
RECEIVING A REFUND
You will have your refund credited to the original purchase method. This includes gift vouchers and products redeemed via a gift voucher.
