Your Nelson sandals are made to order just for you.

Australia – complimentary delivery for all orders
Timeframes: 4-5 weeks

New Zealand – delivery fee of AU$15 for all orders
Timeframes: 4-5 weeks

International Orders – delivery fee of AU$25 for all orders
Timeframes: 5-6 weeks

Once your bespoke design is ready for delivery we will email you with your shipping details.

Please note, taxes and import duties may be applied to international deliveries. Recipients are liable for the taxes, import duties & customs fees associated with the delivery country nominated.
If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be abandoned at destination. In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note, no returns are available for items purchased on sale, or at a discounted price, these sales are final.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. It must be in its original condition and resalable. We are unable to accept any items that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition.
Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach Nelson. We advise you use a postal service that insures the value of the item you are returning and that you obtain proof of postage. Signature on delivery to Nelson is required. Please email hello@nelsonmade.com.au your order number and notify us of your intention to return due to change of mind.
Please note that under no circumstances will customised products be accepted for return due to change of mind.

SHOES THAT DON’T FIT

If you receive your shoes and they don’t fit, you’re welcome to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily remake them in a different size. The shoes must be in their original condition and resalable. We are unable to accept any items that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition.
Alternatively, you can take them to a shoe repairer in your city and we’ll cover the costs of having them adjusted.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit Nelson will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please email hello@nelsonmade.com.au with your order number and photographs of the faulty product.
Once your return request has been approved please email a copy of your postage costs, along with bank account details or PayPal account details and we will transfer the shipping costs to your account.
Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Nelson Made Pty Limited.
We are unable to accept a return outside of 12 months from the purchase date.

RECEIVING A REFUND

You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. This includes gift vouchers and products redeemed via a gift voucher.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like an alternative item please follow our returns procedure for a full refund and then place a new order through nelsonmade.com.au
